Dr. Tiffany A. Little is a highly sought after empowerment specialist, thought leader and advocate for educational and spiritual growth and development. She received her doctorate in Educational Leadership and Superintendence. She has served as a District Level Administrator, High School Principal and English Teacher in both Charlotte- Mecklenburg and Buncombe County School Districts.

Dr. Little recognized that over the space of several years that the educational experience of minority and low socio- economic students in the United States has historically been one of inequality. She believed that the solution to these problems could be successfully addressed through caring individuals who are passionate about providing effective programming. Therefore, she founded and currently serves as the President of Composing Minds Inc. an independent non-profit organization. The mission of Composing Minds is “To foster the social, academic, and talent development of young people through programming designed to educate, motivate and empower youth.

Dr. Little acknowledged she had a dual call to not only education but to also to lay ministry. January, 2018 she became a Certified Lay Minister in the United Methodist Church and became ordained through the Charlotte Metro District Board of Ordained Ministries on April 1, 2019. She currently serves as the Associate Minister and Director of Choirs at St. Mark’s United Methodist Church, Charlotte NC. In her role as Associate Minister, she provides assistance in pastoral care and leads Stephens Ministry. As the Stephen Ministry Leader she trains other Christian men and women to provide one-to-one care to people experiencing a difficult time in life, such as grief, divorce, job loss, chronic or terminal illness, relocation, or separation due to military deployment.

In her role as the Director of Choirs she assists the Minister of Music (her husband) with the Music and Church Arts ministry. Dr. Little and her husband also are the Executive producers of The Youth Gospel Explosion Conference.  The YGE Conference is an annual convocation that brings together youth and children from all over the Carolinas who love gospel music, from a wide range of denominations and faiths.  Dr. Little and her Mr. Little have produced and published two professional gospel music recordings under the umbrella of Tiffany A. Little Publishing Company.

Her message through word and song brings fresh purpose, meaning, dignity, and hope to a global audience.
