Servant Leadership
Dr. Tiffany A. Little is a highly sought-after empowerment specialist, thought leader, and advocate for both educational and spiritual growth. She is the devoted wife of Fernando G. Little and proud mother of Camren G. Little and Chandler A. Little. Dr. Little holds a doctorate in Educational Leadership and Superintendence. Her career in education includes service as a District-Level Administrator, High School Principal, and English Teacher. She currently serves as an Assistant Professor in the Master of School Administration (MSA) Program at the University of North Carolina at Pembroke.
Dr. Little walks boldly in a dual calling—to education and to lay ministry. In January 2018, she became a Certified Lay Minister in the United Methodist Church. Led by a desire to reach a broader audience with her message, she launched TAL Ministries in January 2022. In March 2024, TAL Ministries hosted its inaugural Appointed Time Women’s Conference, welcoming women of all ages and backgrounds. The conference was designed to promote spiritual, personal, and professional growth, empowering attendees through a dynamic blend of inspiration, worship, and teaching.
An author and messenger at heart, Dr. Little has published two books: My Praise Is Greater Than My Struggle (2020) and The Appointed Time (2023). Her writing and speaking reflect a deep commitment to helping others navigate life’s challenges with faith, grace, and purpose.
In addition to her academic and ministry leadership, Dr. Little serves as the Certified Lay Minister and Director of Choirs at St. Mark’s United Methodist Church in Charlotte, NC.
Dr. Little’s unique worship style, grounded in sound biblical teaching and enriched by her leadership background, enables her to communicate transformative spiritual truths in ways that resonate deeply. Her ministry—through both word and song—delivers empowerment, healing, and hope to a global audience, extending compassion to the hurting and strength to the weary.
