Dr. Damika "Dami" Walker The Dami Collective, L.L.C.
Ă—
Dr. Damika "Dami" Walker, PharmD, RPh, is a pharmacist, immunization advocate, speaker, and style entrepreneur whose mission is to help women show up fully in who God created them to be. She currently serves as the Registered Manager of the Walgreens Specialty Pharmacy located inside Howard University Hospital in Washington, D.C. as well as the Residency Program Director for the Walgreens/Howard University College of Pharmacy PGY1 Community-Based Pharmacy Residency Program where she mentors and develops the next generation of pharmacists.
Dr. Walker holds a BA in Chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Howard University College of Pharmacy. Over the past 17 years of her pharmacy career, God has allowed her to advance community health through roles in independent pharmacy, specialty pharmacy, and immunization services. This commitment to serving others also extends to her work as Chair of ImmunizeDC, Washington D.C.'s immunization coalition, and as a sought-after contracted speaker and vaccine advocate with organizations such as GSK, Moderna, and the American Pharmacists Association—where she educates healthcare professionals and communities on vaccine confidence and health equity.
Out of a deeply personal journey of rediscovering identity beyond titles and responsibilities, Dr. Walker founded The Dami Collective, L.L.C. Through this style consulting brand, she walks alongside busy women to help them reclaim confidence, refine their presence, and feel effortlessly put-together—whether they are leading teams, serving in ministry, nurturing families, or building God-given dreams. Anchored in Ephesians 2:10 and the truth that we are God's intentional workmanship, she reminds women that they are already designed with purpose, beauty, and power in Christ and that style can simply reflect the masterpiece God created.
Across every assignment, Dr. Walker seeks to honor God through service, excellence, authenticity, and compassion. Her work sits beautifully at the intersection of faith, public health, and personal empowerment—where wellbeing meets wardrobe, calling meets confidence, and purpose meets presence in God's perfect design. She is grateful to walk out her calling as a wife, mother, mentor, leader, and kingdom woman and gives all glory to God for the opportunity to serve.

Elder Kera Jo GEM 210 Ministry
Ă—
Kera Jo, also known as Dawana Jo and Fquira, is the founder and ministry servant of GEM 210 Ministry, established through God's direction to restore what has been broken by trauma, loss, and life disruptions, and to realign individuals with their God-given purpose. The ministry is rooted in the mandate of beauty for ashes—transforming pain, confusion, and fragmentation into healing, wholeness, and clarity of identity in Christ.
Through teaching, preaching, and creative ministry, Kera Jo leads with a restorative focus—addressing both spiritual and emotional wounds caused by trauma and "drama," and guiding individuals toward renewal, stability, and purposeful living. GEM 210 Ministry emphasizes that each person is God's intentional creation, designed with meaning, value, and function, even when life experiences have distorted that truth.
Ordained as an Elder and Pastor, Kera Jo serves as a shepherd and builder, creating spaces where healing is cultivated, faith is strengthened, and individuals are equipped to walk forward restored and aligned with God's design. Her personal testimony, while powerful, serves to reinforce the mission rather than define it.
At its core, GEM 210 Ministry exists to restore identity, awaken purpose, and cultivate lives that reflect God's redemptive order—transforming broken places into living expressions of His glory.

Lexus Burton Sculpted Artistry & Sculpted Fitness
Ă—
Lexus Burton, affectionately known as Lex, is the owner of Sculpted Artistry, a beauty business, and Sculpted Fitness. She is greatly involved in her church as they are pivotal to her community in Charlotte, NC.
"My greatest burden is to restore individuals to their original intended purpose. By teaching, enlightening, exhorting, and encouraging, I help people discover their passions, pain points, strengths, and weaknesses to reveal their original intended purpose that life experiences have built temptation for them to flee from. This is in order to lay the foundation for the best fulfilling lifestyle.
I believe that if we be all that we can be, then we will do all that we can do, and as a by product, have all that we can have.
I am excited to be given every opportunity to encourage us in this way that we should go in Christ Jesus."
