The Appointed Time Conference will be held Friday, March 1, 2024 at 4:00 p.m. through Saturday, March 2, 2024, at South Park Church-Hyatt Centric at 3151 Apex Dr. Suite 100, Charlotte, NC 28211. This event is partially funded by offering table rentals to sponsors and vendors.
We offer four levels of sponsorship: Event Sponsorship, Community Sponsorship, Vendor or Marketing Material Inserts. Please act immediately if you feel this opportunity will support your marketing strategy.

One-Pager or Folder

The Folder Insert Sponsors will have the opportunity to provide a one-page document promoting their services or
products.
The one-pager may have information on the front and back of the page. All one-pagers must be printed by the
sponsor and shipped no later than January 31, 2024.
Sponsorship Form
The payment link will be sent after this form is filled out. Payment may be made online through Square via Credit Card.
Logo File Requirement: We prefer PDF or EPS files and vector format for your logo. However, if you’re not providing us with vector artwork and using a jpg or png—Size Will Matter! For this reason, we recommend sending a 500рх (or more) logo for small print, and a 1024px logo (or more) for large print. We accept all image types, and the largest size available is preferred.
Sponsor and Vendor Agreement Terms
- Title, event sponsor, and vendor space is guaranteed once paid. In-kind sponsor’s space will be allocated on a first-paid, first-served basis. Priority will be determined by date of receipt of application for space accompanied by required payment.
- The full fee must accompany application for space in order to guarantee reservation. Spaces for which payment has not been received in full will not be allowed to set-up. All payments must be received by terms chosen of the Sponsor Contract Form. Unpaid space reservations will be released for general sale. Sponsor will remain responsible for payment of the space reserved.
- The standard space size is 10 foot x 8 foot deep unless stated or marked otherwise on the event area plan. All sponsors must fit within the confines of their assigned spaces so as not to impede traffic flow, infringe on the space of the other exhibitors, or violate the emergency exit routes set forth by the event
- Sponsors agree to abide by the installation and dismantling times set by The Appointed Time Conference and TAL Little Ministries planning team, and to have at least one person staffing space during event hours. Two chairs and a six-foot table will be provided as required per terms of the sponsor agreement. Sponsor must arrange for any other space furnishings and/or equipment
- The Appointed Time Conference and TAL Little Ministries reserves the right to impose limitation to noise levels and any other method of operation, which becomes objectionable. Any distribution of literature or samples shall be limited to the sponsor’s space. Sponsors may not interfere with collateral that is not produced by the said sponsor.
- The Appointed Time Conference and TAL Little Ministries has the right to rearrange the final event area layout based on unsold or unoccupied sponsor space. All sponsors will be notified of any changes for this event.
- If The Appointed Time Conference and TAL Little Ministries should be prevented from holding the 2024 Inaugural Conference for any reason, our liability is limited to refunding the sponsor package fees.
- The Appointed Time Conference and TAL Little Ministries shall not be liable for the damage, loss or destruction to the exhibits by reason of fire, theft, accident or other destructive causes. Sponsor shall lease their space its/his/her sole risk. Neither The Appointed Time Conference and TAL Little Ministries nor any of its partners will be accountable or liable for accidents to sponsors, their agents or employees.
- The Sponsor shall be liable to The Appointed Time Conference and TAL Little Ministries for any damage to grounds, building and/or furnishings, which shall occur through acts or omissions of the Sponsor.
- Sponsor assumes the entire responsibility and hereby agrees to protect, indemnify, defend and hold harmless The Appointed Time Conference and TAL Little Ministries founder, organizer, chair, executive planning team, facility and grounds against all claims, losses, and damages to persons and property, governmental charges and fines, and attorney’s fees arising out of or caused by sponsor’s installations, removal, maintenance, occupancy, or use of the premises or any part thereof, and is not responsible for obtaining insurance covering Sponsor’s property. Sponsors are advised to obtain business interruption and property damage and loss insurance to cover such occurrences.
- No photography is allowed without the permission of the space management and/or Event Organizer.
